  1. Never give up

    Whenever a student is struggling in a course there should be a better system to help the student do better. A lot of students aren't mature enough to recognize that hard work at anything will produce positive results. So it may be up to the teacher to help a student recognize that. If a student is struggling in a course the teacher should take the first step in setting up private help sessions and what not.     Figure out the method you learn best. Do you understand and remember things better when you learn it yourself? Are you a visual learner? Situations are always changing. This allows you to adapt and be effective with your time.
