Change the world from just your classroom
Microvolunteering can be described as easy, no commitment actions that benefit worthy causes and which can be conducted in under 30 minutes, on the go, on demand and on a person’s own terms. These type of actions can be included within a citizenship course, where students can learn about and participate in actual volunteering activities within a class lesson without actually leaving the classroom! You can’t do that with traditional volunteering activities. So basically, Future Friendly Schools could incorporate microvolunteering actions within a Citizenship course to enable students to actually change the world in real time in a class lesson…

Inclusive learning environement. Self-awarness. Discovery of talents.
Rather then imposing a pre-conceived curriculum, learning in a project based approach would be more motivating and would not associate a student with a grade, rather, with his level of accomplishment. The necessary knowledge and competence would be inter-wounded and necessary for the completion of each project and student would pass to the next when ready. There should be inclusive learning environments , where students can identify their talents and put more effort in developing these. Here the teacher would play the role a mentor, guiding the student who is self-aware of the importance of his role as global citizen…

Learning is measured with an established tool such as "The Global Competence Matrix". Students take responsiblity. More than read/discusss
This has to more than a chapter-by-chapter exercise. There must be several elements that ask students to set up social networks with peers from other countries within a specified context so that the learning that takes place can be measured. Teacher sets up project, teacher guides, students do, students act.

Exchanging learning experiences while locally engaging and global connecting of education centers to fulfill multidisciplinary activities
Establish a research/training centre to fulfill multidisciplinary outreach activities with the participation of both the academic staff and students would enable to explore the curriculum and class work in more practical manner rather than theoretical perspective.This will establish linkages between universities/colleges and industry and will orient students to experience a diverse study and research environment. As soon as they complete the course works they are capable of facing to the job hunting and building their own lives more quicker than the normal student.

"Education for self-reliance"I think this will be helpful in eradicating unemployment problem and reduce rate of dependents.
Education should focus much on building student's creativities on solving existing problems facing society both in theory and practical.I always feels pains to see science students get access of laboratory while those who take arts subjects lacks ,the teachers should tells students particular art students where is their laboratory and of-course it is the community.

Have Global Lessons - collaborating across the world
Classes should interact across the globe. Different schools can learn together interacting via the internet. They should collaborate on projects interwoven with other aspects of the curriculum - this doesn't just have to be about culture - they can collaborate on technology and language and literature and science. Teachers could even give one half of the resources to one class and the other half to the other - this way they would have to work together to achieve the answer.
If there is a technology barrier to this in a developing country this could be overcome by one school initially…

Integration of Culture, Norms, and Practicies of the Indigenous people in the school curriculum
Recognize, protect, and promote the rights and welfare of Indigenous People, as well as equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to face various social realities and challenges. School curriculum should address for community participation and self determination and addresses the clamor for content that is directly connected to Indigenous Peoples life and struggles.
It should also implement a stronger affirmative action to eradicate all forms of discrimination against Indigenous People. Cultivate respect for cultural diversity as part of the respect for human rights. Promote awareness and appreciation of Indigenous Peoples cultural heritage and history.3 votes -

Hiv /Aids should be included into all schools curriculum especially In Secondary schools among teens.most private schools do not educate and enlighten der teens in secondary school on these issues because they shy away from it and don't tend to see its importance as parents don't subscribe to their kids being taught on ****** reproductive health issues and Hiv/Aids. Reproductive health care and Hiv/Aids and life building skills should be made a compulsory subject in all schools both primary and secondary
